LUJAH™ retains absolute discretion over all branding collaborations, recognitions, and partnerships involving our intellectual property. All opportunities must align with our mission, sustainability ethos, and Canadian ethical and advertising standards.

We reserve the right to decline, adjust, or remove any association that conflicts with LUJAH™’s environmental, social, or operational principles. LUJAH™ will not participate in or endorse brands connected to illegal, explicit, discriminatory, or politically sensitive industries.

All Founder branding opportunities are solely promotional privileges — non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to modification or removal. Visibility, placement, or frequency of any feature is not guaranteed. Participation does not confer ownership, voting rights, corporate influence, or investment returns.

LUJAH™ may modify, substitute, or discontinue any promotional activity at its discretion to maintain operational integrity and brand compliance. By enrolling in LUJAH™ Founder membership, you acknowledge LUJAH™ bears no liability for the level or outcome of brand exposure, with all creative and promotional decisions remaining under exclusive LUJAH™ control.

Terms of Use Addendum:
“All LUJAH™ Founder branding, co-branded content, or public recognitions are subject to LUJAH™’s brand integrity review and must comply with Canadian advertising and ethical standards. LUJAH™ reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or deny any branding participation not aligned with its mission, reputation, or values.

Membership Fee Disclaimer:
By enrolling in a LUJAH™ membership, you acknowledge that your membership fee secures participation in LUJAH™’s service program and associated member benefits once services are operational.

Refund Policy
If no on-site charging services are used during the applicable membership period, members are eligible for a full refundupon request. Refunds are issued after services are officially available and within the applicable membership term. Once a service has been rendered, the membership is considered partially or fully utilized and is no longer eligible for a full refund.

LUJAH™ does not charge deposits for future services. Membership fees apply toward access to services and member benefits once operations commence.

Service Availability & Modifications
LUJAH™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offerings, packages, features, or benefits as operational needs evolve. Services may be subject to availability based on geography, vehicle compatibility, weather conditions, demand levels, or other operational constraints. While LUJAH™ is committed to reliable service delivery, response times and availability cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

LUJAH™ is not liable for delays, interruptions, or service limitations resulting from factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, infrastructure limitations, vehicle access restrictions, or technical issues.

Founding Member Designation
“Founder” or “Founding Member” status denotes an early membership designation within LUJAH™ and may include priority access or early feature availability. This designation does not confer ownership, equity, voting rights, or financial interest in the company.

All memberships are subject to eligibility review and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
